User exercise information service method and system based on genetic analysis and physical fitness database of elite athlete

The present invention relates to a user exercise information service method and a system thereof to analyze exercise aptitude or service exercise prescription for improving athletic performance by: building a database based on innate genetic analysis data and acquired fitness/physique measurement data from a sample group of elite athletes; and comparing the genetic data and fitness/physique measurement data of consumers. The present invention includes: a sample group database which stores genetic data obtained by examining the innate genes of each elite athlete in a sample group of elite athletes and fitness/physique data obtained by measuring acquired fitness/physique; a user data receiving means which receives the gene data and fitness/physique data of a user and user requirement data from a user terminal through network; a comparison and analysis unit which compares the gene data and fitness/physique data of the user transmitted from the user data receiving means with the sample group data of the database; and an analysis means which analyzes the comparison result of the comparison and analysis unit according to a predetermined discrimination algorithm and provides exercise aptitude or athletic performance improvement exercise prescription according to the demand of a user. The present invention is able to provide accurate exercise prescription for improving performance by comparing and analyzing the gene data and fitness/physique data of a user and accurately examining the exercise aptitude of the user based on the database of a sample group of elite athletes.
