目的 观察盐酸小檗碱+炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肠炎发热型非发热型的疗效及副作用.方法 181例小儿病毒性肠炎患儿分为发热型、非发热型两类,每类中再随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予盐酸小檗碱+炎琥宁治疗,对照组给予病毒唑治疗.结果 发热型中总有效率实验组为91.1%,对照组为65.2%,比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),非发热型中总有效率实验组为82.2%,对照组为60.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 用炎琥宁+盐酸小檗碱治疗小儿病毒性肠炎疗效好,对发热型疗效更好,无明显副作用,值得推广.%Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of Tablets Berberine Hydrochloride and Yanhuning treats the young child virulent enteritis (fever,no fever). Methods 181 cases of young child virulent enteritis were allocated two kinds(fever, no fever), in each kind divides into the experimental group and the control group stochastic.the experimental group gives the Tablets berberine Hydrochloride and Injection Yanhuning to treat, the control group gives the Virazole to treat. Conclusion Yanhuning treats the young child virulent enteritis to be good,the fever to be better, not obvious side effect, is worth promoting.
