Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydrocolloid dressing in diabetic pressure sores. Methods The 52 patients with diabetic pressure sores were randomly divided into hydrocolloid dressing group (27 cases) and traditional treatment group (25 cases). Frequency of dressing changes and Change cost and cure efficacy were observed and compared in two groups. Results Frequency of dressing changes were lower in hydrocolloid dressing group than traditional treatment group. No difference between hydrocolloid dressing group and traditional treatment group were in the Change cost and cure efficacy. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing is efficacious in treating pressure sores. It can reduce the frequency of dressing changes. It is worthy of nursing work.% 目的探讨水胶体敷料治疗糖尿病压疮患者的临床疗效.方法将52例糖尿病压疮患者随机分为两组，水胶体敷料组27例为观察组，传统方案莫匹罗星软膏联合红外线照射组25例为对照组.比较两组间换药次数、换药费用及治愈的情况.结果观察组换药次数少于对照组(P<0.01).两组间换药费用及治愈的情况均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论水胶体敷料应用于糖尿病压疮患者有一定疗效，且与传统方案比较换药次数少，值得临床推广.
