单侧肢体功能障碍与局灶性癫痫的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the association of unilateral limb dysfunction and focal epilepsy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in our hospital for the patients with epilepsy from January 2008 to December 2011. The results of treatment were examined.There were 33 cases of patients, which complicated with the unilateral limb dysfunction in 23 cases.The results of MRI and EEG were observed. The correlation between the unilateral limb dysfunction and epilepsy parts was judged. Results 23 cases of patients in 33 patients with epilepsy were complicated with unilateral limb dysfunction, accounting for 69.7%. There were 12 cases of left limb dysfunction in 23 patients with unilateral limb dysfunction, while EEG and MRI display right side of the brain lesion in 6 cases, accounting for 50%, the right limb dysfunction in 11 cases and EEG and MRI displayed left side of brain lesions in 3 cases, accounting for 27.3%. Conclusion Advance in the occurrence of unilateral limb dysfunction may be prodromal symptoms for epilepsy, and functional disability of the limb may provide reference for epileptic foci site, standard antiepileptic therapy can improve limb function. Standard antiepileptic therapy can improve limb dysfunction symptoms.%　　目的探讨单侧肢体功能障碍与局灶性癫痫的相关性.方法回顾性分析2008年1月~2011年12月收治的33例癫痫患者的临床资料，其中，合并单侧肢体功能障碍者23例，观察癫痫患者MRI和脑电图检查结果，判断单侧肢体功能障碍与癫痫部位之间的相关性.结果32例癫痫患者中23例患者发生单侧肢体功能障碍，占71.9%，在23例单侧肢体功能障碍患者中，左侧肢体功能障碍12例，而脑电图和MRI显示左侧大脑病变6例，占50.0%，右侧肢体功能障碍11例，脑电图和MRI显示右侧大脑病变3例，占27.3%.结论提前发生的单侧肢体功能障碍可能为癫痫的前驱症状，而功能障碍的肢体可能为癫痫灶部位的确定提供参考，规范的抗癫痫治疗可以改善肢体功能障碍症状.
