167例冠心病介入治疗后并发症的预防及护理

摘要

Objective To summarize the prevention and care of complications after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods The 167 cases of coronary intervention in hospital were given care. The object of observation was randomly divided into control group (general care) and the experimental group (predictability care),84 cases and 83 cases respectively. The patients in two groups is taken the basis of treatment and targeted care. Finally efficacy, complications and adverse drug reactions were compared. Results After coronary intervention, coronary artery spasm occurred in 37 cases,83 cases; changes in blood pressure in patients with 17 cases, including high blood pressure, decreased blood pressure in patients with 66 cases,35 cases; patients with cardiac arrhythmias, coronary artery occlusion 12 patients, Good improvement after effective care. Conclusion The rational and effective care is an important means of treatment of postoperative complications.%　　目的总结分析冠状动脉的介入治疗术中与术后的并发症的预防及护理。方法将入住的167例冠心病患者作为观察对象，随机分成对照组(一般护理)和实验组(预见性护理)，分别为84例和83例。在疗效、并发症和药物副作用方面进行研究对比。结果实验组患者由于接受了预见性护理，发生冠脉痉挛26例、血压升高4例、血压下降7例、心率失常8例、冠脉闭塞2例，并发症的患者数量远远低于接受一般护理的对照组。结论预见性的护理措施是降低冠状动脉介入治疗术后并发症发生率的重要手段。
