Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the overall quality care for early rehabilitation of stroke patients, to provide a basis for further and better clinical application. Methods Divided into two groups and the control group 54 cases, the control group was given early routine care, the basis of the observation group were 108 cases of stroke patients admitted to hospital in April 2009 to December 2011 in accordance with the randomization approach given the overall quality of rehabilitation care. Analysis of the effect of rehabilitation of the two groups of patients and complications. Results The patient was hospitalized for three weeks and five weeks, the ADL of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), and hospitalized for five weeks more obvious differences. The observation group of complications was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Hospital and family early intervention for the overall quality of rehabilitation care treatment, which can effectively reduce the burden on the family and society, to reduce the incidence of disability, and improve the quality of the lives of patients.% 目的探讨整体优质护理对脑卒中患者早期康复的临床疗效，为进一步更好地应用于临床提供依据.方法将2010年4月~2011年12月收治的108例脑卒中患者按照随机分组的办法分为观察组和对照组，每组各54例，对照组给予早期常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予整体优质的康复护理.分析两组患者的康复效果及并发症的发生情况.结果患者入院3周和5周时观察组患者的ADL明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)，并且入院5周时差异更加明显.观察组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论医院和家庭应提早介入进行整体优质的康复护理治疗，可有效减轻家庭和社会的负担，减少残疾率，提高患者的生活质量.
