生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical efifcacy of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium for treating severe acute pancrcatitis.Methods Eighty cases patients with severe pancreatitis from June 2008 to June 2012 were treated. They were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control groups,40 patients in each group.Pantoprazole was used in the control group alone, 40 mg/times, 2 times/d;experimental group were treated with somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium, 3 mg / time, 2 times / d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Abdominal pain, gastrointestinal function recovery time, evacuation ventilator time in experimental group were signiifcantly shorter than those in the control group, there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium for treating severe acute pancrcatitis are signiifcantly more effective than simply using pantoprazole sodium treatment.%目的研究生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选择2008年6月-2012年6月来湖南省嘉禾县中医院进行治疗的80例重症胰腺炎患者。按照随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组，每组40例。对照组单独使用泮托拉唑钠治疗，40 mg/次，2次/d；试验组采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗，3 mg/次，2次/d。治疗后，对两组患者临床疗效进行评价。结果试验组患者的腹痛缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、撤离呼吸机的时间均明显短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果显著，效果明显优于单纯使用泮托拉唑钠进行治疗。
