目的探讨人文关怀理念在试管婴儿孕妇先兆流产中的应用效果。方法选择2008年7月-2012年7月期间就诊的试管婴儿孕妇先兆流产患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，对照组采用常规治疗和护理方法；观察组在常规治疗护理方法上联合人文关怀理念，通过检测统计孕妇临床症状、血清绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、孕酮（P）水平变化和孕妇对临床护理工作的满意度来评估人文关怀理念的临床疗效。结果对照组临床症状好转率为68.75%，观察组为87.50%，观察组临床症状的好转人数明显多于对照组，观察组妊娠激素水平明显高于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义；观察组患者对护理工作的满意度也高于对照组。结论联合人文关怀理念的综合护理方法能有效改善患者临床症状，使妊娠激素水平有效升高，同时提高了患者对临床护理工作的满意度。%Objective To investigate the effect of application of humanistic care concept in test-tube baby threatened abortion in pregnant women. Methods During from July 2008 to July 2012 were selected from July to IVF in pregnant women with threatened abortion 96 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, the control group with routine treatment and nursing;the observation group in the conventional treatment combined with humanistic care concept, through the detection of clinical symptoms, statistics of pregnant women serum human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), progesterone (P) levels and clinical efifcacy of maternal satisfaction of clinical nursing work to evaluate the concept of humanistic concern. Results Control group, clinical symptom improvement rate was 68.75%, 87.50%in the observation group,the number of improved clinical symptoms observation group were higher than those in control group, the observation group pregnancy hormone levels were signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant;the observation group patients satisfaction with nursing work is higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing method combined with the idea of humanistic care can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, the pregnancy hormone levels increase effectively, and improve the satisfaction of patients in clinical nursing work.
