新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎危险因素及病原菌状况分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the risk factors and pathogenic bacteria of neonatal ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods The clinical information of 52 cases of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia from January 2006 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed . Results Neonatal ventilator associated pneumonia risk factors include: gestational age, birth weight and duration of mechanical ventilation. The patients with lower respiratory tract secretions in specimens, 67 strains of bacteria were detected, including 41 strains of Enterobacter bacteria, 12 strains of Staphylococcus aureus 9 strains , other 5 strains. Conclusion In the pediatric intensive care unit, neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia may delay the course of children, even threaten the lives and safety of children. Therefore, for the risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia and pathogens of carries on the summary and the analysis, has important clinical significance.%  目的探讨新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎危险因素及病原菌状况。方法回顾性分析2006年1月~2011年1月52例新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿的相关临床资料。结果新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的高危因素主要包括:胎龄、出生体重及机械通气时间等。本组患儿的下呼吸道的分泌物标本中,共检出细菌67株,其中肠杆菌41株、非发酵菌12株、葡萄球菌9株、其他5株。结论在儿科重症监护病房中,新生儿并发呼吸机相关性肺炎可能延长患儿的病程,甚至威胁患儿的生命安全。因此,对于呼吸机相关性肺炎的危险因素及病原菌情况进行总结与分析,具有重要的临床意义。
