心理护理对改善颅脑外伤术后患者不良情绪的影响分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects about psychological nursing to improve the adverse mood effects of cases with craniocerebral trauma after operaiton. Methods 60 cases from March 2011 to March 2012 were divided into two groups. Routin nursing care was given to the control group, while strengthen psychological nursing care was given to the observation group. The measured scale of the two groups about self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale was compared. Results Patients in nursing, the bad emotions have improved, and compared to the control group, the observation group in patients with negative emotions to improve the situation better, P<0.05. Conclusion Strengthen psychological intervention has possitve effects to improve the adverse mood and mental health of cases with craniocerebral trauma after operation.%　　目的探讨心理护理对改善颅脑外伤术后患者不良情绪的影响.方法抽取2011年3月~2012年3月期间颅脑外伤手术治疗患者60例,分为两组.对照组进行常规护理,观察组加强心理护理.观察两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)测量值的变化.结果患者在进行护理后,不良情绪均有一定的改善.对照组SDS评分为(33.21±5.23),观察组为(25.86±4.94)；对照组SAS评分为(46.78±6.11),观察组为(36.57±5.71),相对于对照组,观察组不良情绪的改善情况更为良好,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论加强对颅脑外伤术后患者的心理干预对于改善其不良情绪以及心理健康情况有积极影响.
