腰椎间盘突出症CT与MRI影像对比分析

摘要

目的观察腰椎间盘突出症患者的CT与MRI影像特点及诊断价值.方法对2005年12月~2010年3月105例腰椎间盘突出症患者资料做研究分析，患者均采用CT和MRI检查，对比检查结果并分析特征.结果 CT诊断准确95例，准确率为90.48%；MRI诊断准确101例，准确率为96.19%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；CT主要表现为髓核异位、突出、边缘模糊及锐角征；MRI表现为髓核异位和病变髓核的低信号.结论使用CT与MRI对腰椎间盘突出症均有较好的诊断价值，可以将两种方法结合以提高诊断准确率.%Objective To observe the patients with lumbar disc herniation CT and MRI imaging characteristics and diagnostic value. Methods 105 patients with lumbar disc herniation were analyzed from December 2005 to March 2010 do, patients were treated with CT and MRI, the contrast examination results and analysis features. Results Accuracy of CT diagnosis had 95 cases, MRI diagnostic accuracy in 101 cases, there was no significant difference,P>0.05;CT showed mainly to the nucleus pulposus ectopic, highlighting the blurred edges and an acute angle levy;MRI showed the nucleus pulposus ectopic and lesions myeloid nuclear low signal. Conclusion The use of CT and MRI diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation has better value and can be a combination of both methods to improve diagnostic accuracy.
