周围型肺癌的X线征象分析（附21例报道）

摘要

Objective To study the X-ray manifestations of peripheral lung cancer, in order to improve the diagnostic rate, decrease the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods 21 cases were collected from 2010 January to 2013 January to our hospital and conifrmed clinically as peripheral lung cancer patients, the method of X-ray examination and were retrospectively analyzed. Results 15 patients had typical X-ray signs, 6 patients without typical X-ray signs. Conclusion Careful analysis of peripheral lung cancer X-ray signs, for improving the clinical diagnosis rate, reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis has important signiifcance.%目的：探讨周围型肺癌的X线表现，以提高诊断率，降低误诊率。方法选取临床证实为周围型肺癌的患者21例，对其X线检查方法及X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果21例患者中，疑有占位性病变者15例，占71.43%。其X线表现分别为：病灶边缘毛糙伴肺门纵隔淋巴结肿大者5例；病灶边缘毛糙伴胸膜凹陷及胸水者3例；病灶边缘毛糙伴有肺门纵隔淋巴结肿大、空洞和胸水者3例；病灶边缘毛糙、分叶伴空洞者4例。有6例因X线征象不典型被误诊或漏诊，占病例总数的28.57%。其中3例因肺结核病史，被误诊为肺结核。结论认真分析周围型肺癌的X线平片的征象，对于提高临床诊断率，减少误诊和漏诊有重要的意义。
