虫草制剂对糖尿病肾病TGF-β/smads信号通路阻抑作用的研究

     

摘要

糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,是导致西方国家慢性肾功能不全的首要原因,约占我国慢性肾脏病患者的19.1%。肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化是DN终末期最重要的病理特征,转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)在肾脏纤维化过程中起到重要作用。冬虫夏草是我国传统名贵中草药,临床研究证实其有较好的护肾及抗肾脏纤维化作用,但具体作用机制尚不清楚。既往研究提示虫草制剂对TGF-β/smads信号通路中的信号传导介质有一定影响,本文将归纳和总结这方面研究进展,以进一步了解虫草制剂抗肾脏纤维化的作用机制。%Diabetic nephropathy is the most common microvascular complications of diabetes,which is the leading cause of chronic kidney disease in Western countries,and accounted for chronic kidney disease patients of 19.1%in China. Glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis is the most important pathological features of end-stage DN. Transforming growth factor-βplays an important role in the kidney fibrosis. Cordyceps sinensis is a traditional Chinese herbs, clinical studies have confirmed that it have effect of anti-kidney fibrosis, but the exact mechanism is unclear. Previous studies have suggested that Cordyceps preparations have an impact on TGF-β/smads signaling pathways. This paper will summarize the Research Progress in this area, in order to further understand the mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis anti renal fibrosis.
