目的：研究个性化护理在持续床旁血液净化治疗的各个阶段临床应用效果。方法选取2011年3月-2012年1月接受持续床旁血液净化治疗的124例患者的临床资料，将其按照住院的先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组，两组患者均实行整体护理，其中对照组60例采用传统护理，治疗组64例在对照组的基础上采用个性化护理，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；通过对两组患者调查后发现，治疗组的患者满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论持续床旁血液净化治疗的患者采用个性化护理措施的效果比较显著，同时提高了患者的满意度。%Objective To study the individualized nursing blood in the continuous beside each stage of purification effect of clinical application of treatment.
