激励原理在社区高血压管理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the incentive principle role in community management of hypertension.Methods Selection 100 patients with hypertension by community health service platform and randomly divided into two groups, thefi rst survey patients' age, gender, educational level, blood pressure levels with comparable. Control group routine management, observation group introduce incentive modeto manage the patient, the period of one year. On two groups of patients' blood pressure, treatment and control rates for statistical analysis.Results The value of observation group of high blood pressure, blood pressure, treatment and control rateswere compared with control group obviously improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Introduce incentive in the community hypertension management principle and control in improving the treatment of hypertension patients in community indicators improved signifi cantly.%目的:探讨激励原理在社区高血压管理中的应用效果。方法以社区卫生服务为平台,选取社区门诊签约管理高血压患者100例,随机均分为对照组和观察组(n=50)。对照组患者行常规化管理,观察组引入激励模式对患者进行管理,为期1年。对2组患者血压值、治疗率、控制率进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的血压值、治疗率、控制率均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区高血压管理中引入激励原理对提高社区高血压患者的血压控制水平、治疗率、控制率有明显的作用。
