目的：比较同步化放疗与序贯化放疗对不能进行手术食管癌患者的近期疗效、安全性及生存率，探讨其临床适用性。方法将102例不能手术食管癌患者，随机分为研究组（n=52），对照组（n=50），对照组采用序贯化放疗进行治疗，研究组采用同步化放疗进行治疗。比较2组患者的近期疗效以及1年、3年的生存率。结果研究组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组，1年、3年后的生存率显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论同步化放疗治疗对不能进行手术食管癌患者较序贯化放疗近期疗效好，且生存率高，安全可靠。%Objective To compare the short term effect, safety and survival of ynchronous chemoradiotherapy and sequential radiotherapy in the treatment of inoperable esophageal.Methods 102 patients with inoperable esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the study group(n=52) and the control group(n=50) The control group were treated with sequential chemoradiotherapy, the study group were treated with ynchronous chemoradiotherapy.
