有限病灶清除联合局部化疗治疗脊柱结核的临床应用研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the treatment of limited debridement and local chemotherapy for spinal tuberculosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 92 hospitalized patients treated by limited debridement and local chemotherapy. Analysis the data of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C reactive protein(CRP), nerve ASIA grading, sagittal view kyphotic cobb angle before and after operation. Results There is signiifcant statistical difference between the data of ESR, CRP preoperation and 1 month, 1 year after operation(P<0.05). There is no signiifcant statistical difference between the data of sagittal view kyphotic cobb angle preoperation and 1 year after operation.Nerve ASIA grading was much more improved 1 year after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion Limited debridement and local chemotherapy is a efifcient method for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.%目的：评价有限病灶清除联合局部化疗治疗脊柱结核的疗效。方法选取行有限病灶清除联合局部化疗的患者92例，对术前后ESR、CRP、神经功能ASIA分级、矢状位脊柱后凸Cobb角数据进行统计学分析。结果术前与术后1个月、1年血沉、C-反应蛋白比较，差异均有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）。术前与术后1年矢状位脊柱后凸Cobb角比较，差异无统计学意义。术后1年神经受损情况ASIA分级较术前显著改善（P<0.05）。结论有限病灶清除联合局部化疗是治疗脊柱结核的有效方法。
