关节灌洗术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨关节灌洗术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用关节灌洗术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者67例，观察患者临床疗效。结果采用shahriaree评定标准，67例患者中，优55例，良10例，可2例，差0例，优良率为97.01%。结论关节灌洗术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效显著，操作简单，费用经济，值得推广。%Objective To explore the arthrocentesis combined with sodium hyaluronate in the effection of the clinical curative of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 67 cases of knee osteoarthritis were treated with the arthrocentesis and sodium hyaluronate, observe the clinical efifcacy. Results According to shahriaree criteria, excellent in 55 cases, good in 10 cases, fair in 2 cases, poor in 0 cases, the excellent and good rate were 97.01%. Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis were treated with the arthrocentesis combined with sodium hyaluronate,which has the advantages of clinical curative effect、simple operation, economic cost, and it is worthy of promotion.
