丹阳市2681名小学生视力调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the distribution of the primary visual Danyang, analyze student with low vision and trends and the impact often occurs, proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the primary visual protection, targeted to take precautions to provide evidence.Methods The international standard far vision statement, Danyang urban primary school 2861 (5362 eyes) Grade 1-6 visual examination. Results The survey of 2,681 students in low vision was 53.56%; low vision tended to increase with increasing grades difference was statistically significant (χ2=601.60,P<0.01); the incidence of low vision girls than boys , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=23.18,P<0.01). Conclusion The increased with age, signiifcantly higher rates of low vision, education and health sectors, the need to develop a comprehensive vision and targeted interventions.%目的：了解丹阳市小学生视力的分布状况，分析学生视力低常发生和发展趋势及影响因素，为进一步做好小学生视力保护工作提出对策和建议，有针对性的采取预防措施提供依据。方法采用国际标准远用视力表，对丹阳市区小学2861名（5362只眼）1～6年级进行视力检查。结果被调查的2681名小学生中，视力低常率为53.56%；视力低常随年级增高呈增高趋势差异有统计学意义(χ2=601.60，P＜0.01)；女生视力低常发生率较男生高，差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.18，P＜0.01)。结论随年龄增加，视力低常率明显增高，教育和卫生部门有必要制定出综合性和针对性的视力干预措施。
