节育环过敏的临床观察及对策分析

摘要

目的：了解节育环的过敏反应，为育龄妇女选择适当的宫内节育器提供具有参考意义的临床对策。方法选取放环的3306例妇女作为研究对象，3306例妇女均放入金属环。放环术前一般要常规询问是否有金属过敏，对有明确金属过敏史的不建议放铜环，而是一律改上曼月乐或用其他方法避孕。结果有10例妇女出现过敏症状，其中出现过敏症状的最早时间为15min，大部分过敏患者出现头晕恶心、四肢麻木、呕吐等症状，少数患者出现其它过敏症状，如腰痛、蛋白尿、下肢酸胀疼痛、憋气窒息感等。结论节育环过敏出现时间、症状不一，临床表现涉及皮肤、内、外等多个科室，因此，采取有效的措施以应对过敏现象发生是医务工作者的重要任务。%ObjectiveTo understand the anaphylaxis of contraceptive ring, and provide the reference significance clinical treatment for choosing the appropriate intrauterine device for the women of childbearing age.Methods To selected 3306 cases of women placed the contraceptive ring , the 3306 cases were all placed the metal ring. There need inquiry if with the metal sensitivity ordinary before placed the rings, and not suggested to placed if unequivocal with the metal sensitivity history, and uniform to using the LNG-IUS or other methods for contraception.Results There was 10 cases appeared allergy symptoms, the earliest time was 15min of the allergy symptoms among them, and the most autopath were appeared the dizziness and nausea, limbs anesthesia, emesis and so on. A few patients were appeared other allergy symptoms, as lumbago, proteinuria, acid bilges painful of lower limbs, breath choked ans so on.Conclusion That is different of the epoch and symptom of the irritability of contraceptive ring, the clinical manifestation is involved the skin, internal, external and other medicine. Hence, that is the important mission for the medical worker of adopting the effective measure for replying hypersensitivity.
