结构功能主义视域下我国大学的功能拓展与结构调整

摘要

This paper discusses the core and expanding functions of Chinese universities from the perspective of “whole” and “ part” , “structure” and “function” in structural functionalism . The authors note that the expansion of functions should correspond with the adjustment of structures . Realization of core functions should be prioritized w hile the structures are being adjusted .%基于结构功能主义“整体”与“部分”、“结构”与“功能”的分析视角，大学的核心功能在于人才培养，科学研究、社会服务、文化引领则是其拓展功能，大学功能拓展要与内部结构调整并行，在结构调整时，要优先考虑核心功能的实现。
