我国高校的分类定位与层次结构调整--基于大学生就业问题的分析

         

摘要

目前我国高等教育规模实现了历史性突破,但结构调整相对滞后,特别是高校的类型和层次结构十分混乱,由此造成了大学生的就业困难。有人认为,高校结构与就业结构存在一种耦合关系,高校办学要以就业为导向,甚至于将高等教育的人才培养质量等同于就业水平。但是,在实际生活中,这种耦合关系很难得到验证,以就业为导向的高等教育办学理念根本无法实现。相反,基于国际教育比较,量化分析高等教育结构调整的宏观目标,正确处理政府、高校和市场之间的关系,应该是我国高校优化类型与层次结构的正确方向。%In recent years, the scale of higher education in China has realized the historical breakthrough, but the structural adjustment is lagging behind, especially in the type and the structure of Universities. All of those result in employment difficulties of College Students. Some scholars proposed that the higher education should be employment-oriented, and they?may even equate the quality of personnel training of higher education with employment. In theory, there is a coupling relationship between higher education structure and employment structure, but in real life, this kind of coupling relationship is difficult to verify, so the employment-oriented structural adjustment of higher education cannot be realized. On the contrary, based on the comparison of international education, the quantitative analysis of the structure of higher education, and the correct handling relationship between government, universities and the market, should be the key to optimize the type and structure of universities in our country
