研究采用田野调查法对云南省一个农村地区的少数民族初中生辍学现象的成因作了家庭调查,立足于学生个人在复杂的角色中面临的角色冲突,分析了学生辍学过程中的推力、拉力因素以及反推力和反拉力因素。%This paper presents an in-depth field study on the causes of dropout phenomenon in a minority rural area in Yunnan province . The study is based on the role conflicts that individual student would be facing in their complicated roles , revealing the pushing and pulling factors in the process of students dropping out of school ,as well as the factors of reverse thrust and counter pull through the field study .It is of great significance in promoting our country's task of “controlling dropout” , and improving the quality of rural education .
