Secondary vocational education , as a part of vocational education , has draw nattention from various parties . Gansu , an underdeveloped province , has attracted much attention in its secondary vocational education development .This paper ,based on field research ,consists of three parts in an effort to fully analyze the case from Gansu . The first part studied the current development of secondary vocational education in Gansu ; the second section stated existing problems , such as unbalanced development , weak attractiveness , low rate of applying modern instruments , low level of openness , limits of establishing new schools and shortage of dual-role teachers ;the last section proposed solutions in order to conduct reform in this field .%作为职业教育的组成部分,中等职业教育的发展向来受到多方关注.甘肃作为经济欠发达省份,其中等教育发展受到了各方的关注.文章在现场调研的基础上,从甘肃省中等职业教育发展现状入手,针对发展不均衡、吸引力不强、设施设备使用效率不高、开放性不足、办学效益受限以及"双师型"教师紧缺等突出问题,提出了改革甘肃省中等职业教育发展的对策建议.
