社会中介组织参与成人教育管理体制建设的研究

摘要

With the development of adult education, China's adult education intermediary or-ganizations gradually formed its unique significance in adult education management system : to con-tribute to the transformation of government functions and improve management efficiency of adult ed -ucation; to strengthen coordination and guidance ,to promote information disclosure , to optimize re-source allocation; to strengthen supervision and promote adult education management standardiza -tion.So the government should actively play the main role in the nurturing and development of adult education intermediary organizations ; learn from Western experience, make up for the lack of inter-mediary organizations in the adult education ; and strengthen the self -construction of the security system of adult education intermediary organizations .%　　我国成人教育中介组织随着成人教育的发展逐渐形成，在参与成人教育管理体制建设的过程中有其独特的意义：有助于政府转变职能，提高成人教育管理效率；可以加强协调指导，推动信息公开，优化资源配置；可以强化监督，促进成人教育管理规范化等。既然成人教育中介有其独特的价值，政府应积极发挥培育与发展成人教育中介组织的主体作用；借鉴西方经验，弥补成人教育中介组织的不足；加强成人教育中介组织保障体系的自身建设。
