高校新儒商文化构建的角色定位与路径分析

摘要

New confucian businessmen is born with the demand of economic and social develop-ment ,which calls for all kinds of economic management talents. Beginning from the colleges of fi-nance and economics,this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of the new confucian businessmen ,defines the roles of Spiritual cultivation of new Confucian businessmen in colleges of finance and economics. Finally some related effective measures are suggested.%新儒商是经济社会发展对各类经济管理人才的需求。本文以财经类高校作为切入点，探讨新儒商的内涵和特点，把握财经类高校新儒商精神培育的角色定位，系统分析构建校园新儒商文化的有效路径。
