高等学校继续教育校园文化建设的主要问题与出路

摘要

Domestic universities have poor effect in developing the continuing education campus culture ,while campus culture is too superficial ,or just bandoned ,or directly copied from parent col-lege or corporate culture. We should be aware of the importance of campus culture and develop the distinctive campus culture of continuing education on the basis of the campus culture spirit of parent college,draw the essence of relevant enterprise culture ,and learn from the international experience of continuing education campus culture.%国内大学继续教育在办学过程中，对于校园文化建设的认识和实践参差不齐，在办学实践中容易出现继续教育不要校园文化、继续教育移植大学校园文化、继续教育校园文化企业化、继续教育校园文化形式化等不良现象和问题。要解决这些问题，在大学继续教育校园文化建设中，应该树立大学继续教育校园文化建设意识，以大学母体校园文化精神为基础，汲取相关企业文化精华，借鉴国际继续教育校园文化建设的成果，建设有各自大学特色的继续教育校园文化。
