物流园区土地集约利用评价研究*--基于SOSA-TOPSIS法

摘要

我国物流园区增长迅速，但土地集约利用效率较低。从土地利用强度、土地投入产出、土地社会效益、土地生态效益4个方面建立评价指标体系，利用主客观赋权法、改进的TOPSIS（逼近理想点法）构建评价模型，并通过障碍度模型分析影响物流园区土地集约利用的主要因素，据此提出改进建议。%China’s logistics park is growing rapidly,but land use efficiency is obviously low. From 4 aspects of land use intensity,land input and output,land social benefits,land ecological benefits,the paper builds the evaluation index system of intensive land utilization of logistics park,constructs the evaluation model by SOSA(subjective and objective synthetic approach)and improved TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution),analyzes the main factors influencing the intensive use of land in logistics park with obstacle degree model,then puts forward the improvement suggestions.
