首先,对欧洲、北美以及亚洲几个代表性国家的公租房定价机制进行分析,总结其可借鉴经验。然后,对国内包括福州、北京、广州等六个城市公租房定价现状进行研究,并对其租金定价方法、标准以及政府补贴等问题进行总结。%The construction of affordable housing can effectively solve the housing difficulties of low-income families. Developing reasonable rents for renters and government departments have great significance. In this paper,first analyzes the pricing mechanisms of public rental housing of several representative countries from Europe,North America and Asia,summarizes some valuable experience. Then,studies the current pricing strategies in six cities,including Fuzhou,Xiamen,Chongqing,Hangzhou,Beijing,Guangzhou,sums up pricing methodologies,rental scales,the proportion of the market rents and government subsidies.
