PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for calculating a proper car lease residual value setting price, and activating a car business.;SOLUTION: A server 101 of a car lease company 100 registers vehicle log information including lease information including vehicle information of a lease vehicle 900 and lease contractor information, on-vehicle tool collection information 81 from an on-vehicle tool via the Internet, GP use record information 41 from a PC 401 of a gasoline stand 400, and maintenance/repair record information 51 from a PC 501 of a maintenance factory 500, to a vehicle log DB 102. Based on the vehicle log information registered to the vehicle log DB 102, a lease residual value setting price when the vehicle is traded is calculated, thereby the lease residual value setting price according to the kind of the vehicle and travel condition, can be calculated.
