西藏扎仓茶卡硼镁矿提纯探索试验

摘要

西藏扎仓茶卡硼镁矿主要矿物成分为库水硼镁石、多水硼镁石、柱硼镁石、黑云母、铁的氧化物、黏土矿物等.根据矿石特性,采用分级-提纯-焙烧工艺流程,试验结果表明:当硼镁石原矿品位B2O3含量26％时可获得,硼镁石精矿品位B2O3含量45％,产率54％,回收率92％.%An ascharite ore from Chagcam Caka in Tibet was mainly made up of kurnakovite, in-derite, pinnoite, biotite, iron oxides, clay minerals and so on. The processing flowsheets of classification - purification - calcination were adopted according to the minerals characteristics. The results showed that the high quality of ascharite concentrate (yield: 54% , grade of B2O3 ;45% , recovery of B2O3:92% ) was gained from the ascharite ore ( grade of B2O3: 26% ).
