以冬瓜山铜矿矿石为研究对象，运用精确化装补球技术，根据所选矿石的力学性质以及磨机的相关参数，精确的计算出初装球的球径和球比，最终确定了φ60：φ40：φ30＝30：25：45的磨机初装球比方案，并与其它3种方案进行综合比较。研究结果表明，推荐方案磨矿产品细度显著提高，过粗及过粉碎级别降低，中间易选级别明显提高，改善了磨矿产品的粒度组成。%Based on the Dongguashan copper ore , this paper used the accurate loading and addition of milling balls technology and the related parameters ball mill as the basis , we can compute the in-itial installation ball diameter and proportion of the ball accurately and eventually determine theφ70:φ50:φ40:φ30=20:30:20:30 , and and compare with other three scheme .The result shows that the fineness of the recommended scheme improve significantly , the fraction of over coarse and over grinding reduced , the easy selection grade increased apparently , and improved the particle-size composition of grinding product .
