In order to improve the strain-hardening property of cement-based composites,the influences of sand to cement ratio on the composite performance were experimentally investigated through four-point bending test based on micromechanics.The specimens used herein measured 400 mm×100 mm×15 mm.Experimental results showed the largest flexible deformation was up to 40 mm,as well as the ultimate flexible strength between 10 MPa and 14 MPa with the fiber volume fraction of 2%.The ultimate strength and the flexible deformation increase similarly accompanied with the sand to cement ratio increasing.All the specimens reveal strain-hardening property and multiple cracking in the pure bending portion.%为了提高材料的应变硬化性能,以微观力学为基础,通过四点弯曲试验,研究了砂灰比对PVA增强水泥基复合材料性能的影响。试件尺寸400 mm×100 mm×15 mm。研究表明:纤维含量为2%时,材料的极限挠度高达40 mm,极限强度在10~14 MPa之间;随着砂灰比的增加,材料的极限荷载和挠度具有相似的变化趋势;并且所有砂灰比试件都表现出了应变硬化现象和纯弯曲段的多缝开裂现象。
