三种工业废渣作为活性矿物掺合料的对比研究

             

摘要

Three kinds of industrial waste,lag,phosphorous slag and manganese slag,partly replacing cement,was used for preparing mortar,and compared to explore the influence of lag,phosphorous slag and manganese slag on the water consumption,fluidity,setting time and activity index of mortar. The experimental results show that add three level S95 active admixture mortar of water consumption is basically the same as without adding admixture. Add level S95 active admixture mortar of fluidity is≥95%,and add level S95 man-ganese slag mortar of fluidity was 112%. Add level S95 active admixture mortar of setting time was longer than without adding admix-ture,moreover,phosphorous slag> slag> manganese slag,and add level S95 phosphorus slag mortar of initial setting time can be ex-tended to 425 min;add three level S95 active admixture of mortar 7,28 d activity index:lag> phosphorous slag> manganese slag,and level S95 slag mortar of 7 d activity index can reach 77%,28 d activity index is 94%.%利用三种工业废弃物矿渣、磷渣、锰渣,部分取代水泥制备水泥胶砂,对比探讨了矿渣、磷渣、锰渣对水泥胶砂用水量、流动度、凝结时间和活性指数的影响。试验结果表明:添加三种S95级活性掺合料的水泥胶砂用水量与未添加掺合料的彼此都基本相同;添加S95级活性掺合料的水泥胶砂流动度比均≥95%,其中添加S95级锰渣的水泥胶砂流动度比为112%;添加S95级活性掺合料的水泥胶砂凝结时间比未添加掺合料的长,且磷渣>矿渣>锰渣,其中添加S95级磷渣的水泥胶砂初凝时间可以延长至425 min;添加三种S95级活性掺合料的水泥胶砂7、28 d活性指数:矿渣>磷渣>锰渣,其中添加S95级矿渣的水泥胶砂7 d活性指数可以达到77%,28 d活性指数为94%。
