废橡胶粉水泥混凝土抗冲击性能试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the impact toughness of waste rubber powder concrete,in this paper,10 mesh,20 mesh,30 mesh,60 mesh four kinds of waste rubber powder were replaced by cement quality 5%,10%,15% added in the concrete.The impact test of 60 mm con-crete slabs cut by standard compression test pieces is carried out by means of self-made drop weight impact test equipment,the number of service cracking and ultimate cracking of waste rubber powder concrete under the impact of 1.2 kg steel ball were obtained,finally,the re-gression analysis of the number of service crack and ultimate cracks was carried out by Weibull distribution.The results show that the high er the content of waste rubber powder and the smaller the particle size have a great effect on the impact resistance of concrete ,the two parameters Weibull distribution is applicable to the statistical analysis of the service cracking times N1 and ultimate impact times N2, ln[ln (1/P(N))] and ln(N)showed a linear regression relationship.%为了研究混凝土掺加废橡胶粉后的抗冲击韧性,将10、20、30、60目四种粒径的废橡胶粉分别替代水泥质量的5%、10%、15%掺加到混凝土中,利用自制的落锤冲击试验装置,对标准抗压试件切割成的60 mm混凝土板进行了冲击试验,得到了废橡胶粉混凝土在1.2 kg钢球的冲击作用下的初裂次数和终裂次数,最后采用威布尔分布对初裂次数和终裂次数进行了回归分析.结果表明,废橡胶粉粒掺量越高、粒径越小,混凝土的抗冲击能力越强,双参数的威布尔分布适用于对废橡胶粉水泥混凝土的初裂冲击次数N1和终裂冲击次数N2进行统计分析,ln[ln(1/P(N))]和ln(N)呈一次线性回归关系.
