氧化铝蒸发过程的机理建模与仿真

         

摘要

Facing up to the fact that the detection of the outlet concentration severely lags in the alumina evaporation process, the dynamic knowledge model for alumina production back-feed multi-effect evaporation is established. Matlab tool case functions have been presented to solve the ordinary differential equations in the model, and the fifth-effect, sixth-effect evaporation process has been computed analogically. The results of the calculation show that the dynamic knowledge model can simulate the actual system very well and has guidance significance in online real-time monitoring.%针对氧化铝蒸发工序中出口浓度检测滞后的现状,建立氧化铝生产逆流多效蒸发的动态机理模型。采用常微分方程组的MATLAB工具箱函数解法,并对第五、六效蒸发过程进行仿真研究。结果表明,该模型能够较好地逼近实际系统,并对出口浓度的在线实时监测有现实的指导意义。
