糖厂多效蒸发过程的机理建模与仿真

         

摘要

根据热量守恒和质量守恒等原理,针对蔗糖物质特性,考虑由浓度效应引起的糖汁沸点升高和管路阻力造成的温度损失,本文建立糖厂多效蒸发过程动态机理模型.在MATLAB平台上搭建simulink模块,根据工厂实际情况,分别用所采集的100组数据对模型进行仿真检验,结果显示模型的稳态误差在±2%范围内,证明该模型能较好地模拟实际,可作为蒸发过程的软测量模型,为工厂实时监测提供理论依据.%On the basis of the principles of heat and mass balance, with characteristics of sucrose material, considering the boiling point rise caused by concentration effect and the temperature loss caused by pipe resistance, the dynamic knowledge model of the multiple-effect evaporation system in a sugarcane refinery is established. And the model was solved using MATLAB . Finally the simulation shows that the error between the model output and the actual output is ± 2 %, and so the model is effectively. The derived model can provide a support for the real time monitoring and a foundation for the following control research.
