圆柱面内接触应力分布及影响因素分析

         

摘要

In order to overcome the limits of Hertz contact formula in solving the contact problem of inner cylindrical surface,we established a contact model for this problem by FEM.The equivalent stress distribution in contact interface was obtained by solving the problem while their radii are close,the stress distribution is in the form of saddle -shaped with high ends and low middle.The regular pattern between the various factors and the contact stress was found out by adjustment parameters about the material properties,geometry size,external loads,etc.A set of regression analysis was proposed to identify the relevance of each factor and the maximum equivalent stress on the edge,and the impact trend of each factors was also found.%为突破赫兹接触公式在圆柱面内接触问题上的局限性,基于有限元分析法建立该问题的接触模型,求解得出了接触面上等效应力的分布规律,即沿轴向两端大中间小,周向从对称中心向两边递减的“马鞍”型分布规律.通过调整材料弹性模量、泊松比、接触半径、外载荷等参数,分析了单因素对接触线上(θ=0)等效应力的影响,并通过边缘极大等效应力关于各参数的回归分析,揭示了上述各因素对接触线上等效应力高度非线性的影响变化趋势,为降低最大接触应力的参数选择提供指导.
