户外无刷直流电机智能调速优化研究

     

摘要

对户外无刷直流电机智能调速方法进行优化,可实现直流电机的非线性、多变量控制,对户外无刷直流电机实际应用具有重要意义.传统方法利用离散小波转换的时频特性对户外无刷直流电机运行状态和故障状态进行检测,得到的PWM输出脉宽调制信号不准确,导致控制效果不好.提出基于模糊控制器的户外无刷直流电机智能调速方法.将户外无刷直流电机电流幅值视为参考电流模块的输入信号,得到无刷直流电机三相参考电流,将给定无刷直流电机转速与实际转速的偏差当作电机转速控制器的输入,计算获得的电机参考电流值当作电机电流控制器的输入,依据电机参考电流值和实际电流值计算得到PWM输出脉宽调制信号,完成户外无刷直流电机的智能调速控制.实验结果表明,所提方法相对于传统PI控制,户外无刷直流电机的调速系统具有较好的动态响应性,鲁棒性较优.%In this paper,we propose an intelligent speed regulating method of outdoor brushless DC motor based on the fuzzy controller.Firstly,we regarded the current amplitude of outdoor brushless DC motor as the input signal of reference current module and obtained triple phase reference current of brushless DC motor.Then,the given brushless DC motor speed and the actual speed were used as the input of motor speed controller and the obtained motor reference current was calculated as the input of motor current controller.Moreover,the modulating signal of PWM output pulse width according were calculated and obtained to the value of motor reference current and actual current.Finally,we completed the intelligent speed regulating control of outdoor brushless DC motor.The simulation results show that the speed regulating system of outdoor brushless DC motor has better dynamic responsiveness and robustness using the method mentioned above compared with the traditional PI control.
