一种新型吊舱推进自航试验测控技术

         

摘要

设计了一种新型的应用于吊舱推进自航试验的测控系统;进一步缩小吊舱动力仪的尺寸,该套测控系统将扭矩传感器放置在电机输出端,从而避免了因船模尺寸过大而带来的一系列试验问题;该测控系统分为吊舱单元驱动程序和吊舱水动力信号采集程序两个软硬件模块,采用MODBUS通信协议控制伺服电机转动,实现了双吊舱推进器之间的转速同步;采用NI公司的LabVIEW进行软件开发;在对某海洋工程船进行吊舱推进器自航试验中使用了该测控系统,试验得到实船自航因子及收到功率等参数.%A novel measurement and control system for self—propulsion test of podded —propeller ship has been designed in this paper. For decreasing the scale of the pod dynamometer, the torque sensor has been installed on the output shaft of the motor. This design avoided a series of problems caused by bigger ship model. The measurement and control system include hardware and software of pod unit driver. By MODBUS the system runs the servo motors synchronously. The software were developed by LabVIEW of National Instrument Inc. This measurement and control system was used in the self—propulsion test of podded—propeller ocean engineering ship, the test received parameters of ship propulsion factor and received power.
