基于虚拟仪器的比例溢流阀调压测量系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

In view of the'complexity of measuring and analyzing the characteristic of proportional relief valve in industrial equipments, the monitoring and controlling ideas "modularized measurement and analysis" and "3D data visualization" were put forward, and the new experimental program of pressure regulating features of the proportional relief valve and the measurement system based on the virtual instrument Lab VIEW and MATLAB software were designed, which realized real -time multi-point pressure signal acquisition; and variety of analysis like data signal linearity, combination time-frequency, 3D visualization were carried out. The results showed that, the linearity and the grade of accuracy of the proportional relief valve was reached 2. 47 % and 0. 01 % t and accurately capture 100ms information within (millisecond) delay time and voltage regulation conversion. It is measured that the measurement system is simple to use, and highlight the advantages of automated measurement and analysis of intelligence, which provides more research ideas and a reference basis for the future development of proportional valve and project measurement.%针对工业设备中比例溢流阀调压特性不易测量的难点问题,提出“实验测量与分析模块化”和“数据三维可视化”的测控思路,设计了新的比例溢流阀调压特性实验方案和基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW与MATLAB相结合的测量系统,实现了对多点压力信号的实时采集和对数据信号的线性度、组合时频、三维可视化等多样分析;实验表明:所测比例溢流阀的线性度与测试精度分别达到2.47%和0.01%;并准确捕捉到100 ms(毫秒级)内调压信息;实测证明该测量系统设计合理,突显了其自动化测量与智能化分析的优点,为今后比例阀的开发与工程实测拓宽研究思路、提供参考依据.
