To improve the mixing efficiency and quality ,the optimal design of its discharge and base had been proposed on the existing 1m3 /h intermittent turbulent vertical agitator .The fill rate of material in the kneading zone had been kept by introducing the weighing feedback .The 2m3 /h continuous turbulent vertical agitator had been designed .The inlet arrange-ment position of the flow field inside the particle trajectories had been analyzed through CFD simulation to achieve optimal mixing effect .The result shows that the inlet position on the bottom end surface is appropriate under the same conditions .%为提高混合效率和质量,在现有1m3/h 间断型立式紊流混捏机基础上,对其卸料机构与底座进行改进,通过融入称重反馈保持物料在混捏区适度的填充率,设计开发出2m3/h 连续进出料立式紊流混捏机;同时通过 CFD 技术分析模拟进料口布置位置对内部粒子流场轨迹影响,实现混合效果最优化;结果表明,同等条件下,进料口置于上端面底部为宜。
