基于Unity3D的工业机器人虚拟操作系统的研究与实现

     

摘要

Because of the current robot-related courses opened in various types of institutions for students,there is a danger of misoperation when the solid robot is operated and the single form of teaching software without interactive module and no image. In this paper,Unity3D is the development platform,using the 3Ds Max and PhotoShop software to complete 3D scene modeling,realiz-ing the virtual operation teaching of industrial robot equipment by interface interaction technology with C# language. For the user to provide a good environment of human-computer interaction and learn robot knowledge in advance. So as to improve the teaching effi-ciency of industrial robot and the quality of education and training to make certain contributions.%针对当前开设了机器人相关课程各类院校的学生,在进行实体机器人操作时存在误操作带来的危险性以及当前教学软件形式单一,缺少交互模块,不够形象等问题.提出了基于Unity3D平台,应用3Ds Max、PhotoShop软件完成三维场景建模,采用C#语言,通过界面交互技术实现工业机器人设备的虚拟操作教学,为使用者提供良好的人机交互环境,提前学习机器人相关知识,从而为提高工业机器人教学工作效率和教育培训质量做出一定贡献.
