This paper describes a design aspect of a fuzzy PID controller for first-order inertia object with dead time delay. The structure and description of this implementation as well as investigations toward the applied accurate PID control algorithms is established according to the transfer functions of the controlled objects. And the flow W(S) which the dead time in delay has directly impact is applied fuzzy algorithm twice. The simulations demonstrate satisfactory control results of these performances and implementations through real-time adjusting of gain factor Kp, integral coefficient Ti and differential coefficient Td applied to a nonlinear plant.% 以模糊PID控制原理为基础,介绍了对一阶惯性环节并带有纯滞后环节受控对象进行控制,提出根据受控对象的传递函数建立PID的精确控制算法,对滞后环节中滞后时间兹有直接影响的流量W(S)采用两次模糊算法,在线实时调整参数KP、Ti和Td,达到简单精确的控制效果。
