基于内燃式压气机曲轴系多体动力学仿真与响应分析研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the kinematics and dynamics modeling and simulation analysis of the internal combustion compressor is com-pleted based on the simulation and analysis software ADAMS, the kinetic parameters curves during operation of the main components in the compressor duty cycle, such as piston, connecting rod and crankshaft, etc. are got. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to build the finite element model of crankshaft system flexible body, perform the crankshaft system mode analysis and static analysis, study and research the forced state in the rigid and flexible crankshaft system. It lays a certain foundation for further opti-mized design to internal combustion compressor crankshaft system.%通过应用仿真分析软件ADAMS进行模拟,完成了内燃式压气机的运动学及动力学模拟和仿真分析,得到在压气机工作周期运转过程中主要部件如活塞、连杆和曲轴等的运动学及动力学特性参数曲线;应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了曲轴系柔性体的有限元模型,并对曲轴系进行模态和静力学分析,探讨和研究了曲轴系在刚性体与柔性体状况下的受力状态,为内燃式压气机的曲轴系进一步优化设计奠定了一定的基础。
