高职文科学生'非替代性'显性技能培养策略

         

摘要

梳理了高职文科及"非替代性"显性技能的概念.围绕我国高职文科学生"非替代性"显性技能培养存在的路径目标模糊、市场缺乏对文科学生技能的观测路径及文科学生技能评价机制不健全等问题, 将高职文科学生"非替代性"显性技能的培养视为一个系统性工程.建议其培养路径为:以培养文科学生的核心技能为基础, 使学生具备"非替代性"显性素质;创造良好的教育环境和条件, 为文科学生提供技能外显的渠道;注重技能学习的全过程记录.%This article clarifies the concept of high vocational liberal arts and"non-substitutable"explicit skills.There are three problems to be solved in training"non-substitutable"explicit skills.First, the path of the"nonsubstitutable"explicit skills training of high vocational liberal arts students in China is vague.Second, employers lack method to judge the skill levels of liberal arts students.Third, the skills evaluation mechanism is inadequate.The strategies to solve these problems including three main aspects.The most important one is helping students develop"non-alternative"explicit skills;the second one is creating a good educational environment and conditions for liberal arts students, providing channels for liberal arts students to gain skills;the third one is recording the whole process of the study of liberal arts students.
