职教集团建设问题探析

摘要

职教集团建设遭遇名份难以定位、体制机制尚未理顺、核心问题没有解决、功能边际不清、相关政策依然难产、发展经费无法保障等诸多困难与挑战。面对职教集团建设的困难与挑战、目标与理想诉求，示范性职教集团建设应强化政府主导、政策支持、主体自觉有为，认真解决自身建设所存在的重大问题。%Vocational education groups (VEG)are confronted with various problems in their construction such as the difficulties in defining the role, rationalizing the structure and mechanism, solving the key problem, clarifying the functional margins, stipulating relevant policies, and ensuring the developmental funds, etc. In light of the dif-ficulties and challenges facing the construction of VEG, and based on its targets and aspirations, a model VEG should strengthen the government guidance, solicit policy supports and reinforce its conscious actions so as to re-solve the major problems in its construction.
