基于供应链视域的我国食品安全保障模式研究

摘要

针对目前供应链食品安全保障模式研究不足的问题，本文以案例研究为基本研究方法，选取中粮集团、双汇集团和寿光蔬菜为案例研究对象，探索供应链食品安全保障先进模式。研究认为供应链食品安全保障模式是食品安全战略规划、食品安全内控环境、食品安全信息科技、食品安全风险防控等方面耦合作用的一种运行状态；通过对供应链食品安全保障模式的具体内容进行阐释，期望为食品供应链核心企业加强食品安全保障提供理论参考。%Due to research on food safety assurance mode of food supply chains is insufficient at present , the paper, a-dopts case study as its basic research method , and selects COFCO , Shineway Group and Shouguang Vegetables as study objects to explore advanced food safety assurance mode of food supply chains. The findings reveal that food safety assur-ance mode of food supply chains is the result of coupling effect of food safety strategy and planning , food safety internal control environment , food safety information and technology , food safety risk prevention and control .Clarifying food safe-ty assurance mode of supply chains in details helps to offer theoretical references for core enterprises in food supply chains to strengthen food safety assurance .
