焦炭反应性及反应后强度试验影响因素分析

         

摘要

介绍了焦炭反应性及反应后强度的试验方法,结合实践经验,从焦块的选取及装样、反应温度、二氧化碳气体流量等方面分析影响焦炭反应性及反应后强度的因素,指出焦块选取在满足每份试样质量时应注意焦块粒数、装样时应记录焦块粒数并定期对仪器气体流量计的气流稳定性进行校准,以确保检测结果的准确性。%This paper introduced the test method of coke reactivity and post reaction strength, and combining with the practical experience, from aspects such as coke lump selection, sample loading, reaction temperature, carbon dioxide gas flow, the influencing factors of coke reactivity and post reaction strength were analyzed, it was indicated that the coke lump selection should not only meet the weight requirements of each sample, but also pay attention to the coke lump amount, recording of the coke lump amount when loading samples and the regular calibration of gas flow stability of instrument gas flow meter, so that the accuracy of testing results could be ensured.
