回坡底矿选煤厂粗煤泥工艺优化研究

     

摘要

针对回坡底矿选煤厂粗精煤泥产品灰分高的情况,在三种粗煤泥分选机上进行了精煤磁尾分选可行性研究.结果表明:在精煤灰分相近的情况下,螺旋分选机、 煤泥重介质旋流器和TBS的产率分别为37.39%、62.98%和62.57%,Ep值分别为0.150g/cm3、0.118g/cm3和0.140g/cm3.结合设备特点和现场厂房布置,粗煤泥系统改造采用TBS最优.预测通过改造选煤厂精煤产率提高2.48%,精煤销售收入增加约3000万元.%As the tailings of clean coal magnetic separation of Huipodi Coal Preparation Plant was recycled directly as coarse coal slime, which was of high ash content, experimental studies of separation feasibility on three coarse coal slime separators were conducted. Experimental results indicated that the yield of spiral separator, slime dense-medium cyclone and TBS were 37. 39%, 62. 98 and 62. 57%, respectively, and the probable error ( Ep ) were 0. 150 g/cm3 , 0. 118 g/cm3 and 0. 140 g/cm3 under the similar ash content of clean coal. Combined with the characteristics of the equipment and the plants layout, TBS should be adopted in the reconstruction of coarse coal slime system. Sales revenue of the coal preparation plant can increase 30 million yuan, according to the economy estimation based on clean coal yield which will increase by 2. 48% after transformation of coarse coal slime system.
